VSystem_User == Board Output Voltage?

Reading the Dash datasheet it says:

The Dash v1.2 can power other peripherals through the VSystem_User and 3.3V pins

And that VSystem_User is a 5V output. The pinouts don’t seem to show a VSystem_User. I measure R01 (Board Output) and get between 3.8/4.4 with USB power and when running off a battery it’s a bit lower, but never 5v. The system block diagram shows a 3.3v and 3.8v regulator.

Is this a typo/old docs, am I missing something, or is my Dash putting out the wrong voltage.

Update: after posting this and doing some work I measured again and got 4.7v
