Is there a known rate of your data router to possibly miss a message and topic from a device?
No, messages shouldn’t really ever get missed unless there was an error with authenticating, or the webhook failed, or was specified incorrectly.
However, messages can be delayed if the webhook is slow to respond. We tend to queue up messages on a per-device basis so if one of your devices is sending a bunch of messages that all hit a webhook and that webhook takes 30 seconds to respond then you’ll see that the messages from that devices start to be delayed getting into the database.
