Hi @benstr, so what is next? This is a unit that was never used before this trial in the last few days.
Since you bought it second hand we cannot verify when the issue started. Also Dash Pro’s are no longer available in our store. Probably the best bet would be to contact support@hologram.io and see what they can do for you.
Thanks, @benstr. I think the Solar Shield works with Dash as well. As Dash Pro is being phased out, I do not mind having a Dash unit as a replacement - though still disappointed.
From the packaging that I received from @mario a few days ago, and the SIM card was still not detached, I trust Mario’s word that he has not done anything on it yet.
